Employers today rely heavily on the resume that demonstrates relevant work experience. Practical work experience is vital when you attempt to venture into the job market. If you’re looking to build your resume by gaining some experience, working as an intern is unarguably the best option! When it comes to finding the right internship, Internshala, Let’s Intern, Twenty19 are useful platforms.
The Pedagoge internship program lets you gain first-hand experience in modern business practices and skills. You also get the chance to practice or observe current technology, teamwork, cooperation and basic business decorum.
The internship programme provides an excellent opportunity for you to view the myriad possibilities within each career field; discern your future goals; and learn what skills, knowledge, and education are necessary for the career you want to embark upon.
Let’s see what few of our recent interns have to say about their internship experience.
Alabhaya is a tech intern at Pedagoge, he is currently pursuing his BTech in Computer Science at KIIT University. He applied through the Internship Camp organised by KIIT Entrepreneurship Cell. Let’s take a look at his experience:
“Pedagoge, pretty interesting name right? So is the place from the very first day. I was given a pretty challenging task soon after joining office. Even though I was stuck with it for 4 days, the learning began then and there itself. Handling small issues like changing database structures to major issues like fixing internet has been a part of my job role. Hence, to sum it all up, it was 2 months of challenges which tested me as a person, 2 months with awesome new people, 2 months full of learning and 2 months of awesomeness !!”
Karina is a BBA student at Brock University, Canada. Karina applied for the internship through Internshala.
Here’s what she has to share about her experience:
“It’s a rarity to come across people who can become close friends within a few days. It’s even more uncommon for those friends to give you important life lessons and make you want to come to work every day. Pedagoge provided me with an extended family of sorts. From the intense work sessions to questionable games of taboo, the memories I made here are priceless. The work itself provides a lot of scope for versatility which was a boon for someone like me who was clueless about her career plans. To top that, mistakes are not frowned upon but used as stepping stones to success. With that, I bid this amazing team a bittersweet farewell!
It’s been a “khatarnaak” journey!”

Over the span of my 4 months internship here, I got to learn a lot things which will surely help me in the future. My work included pitching Pedagoge to the teachers and creating their profiles online. I learnt how to convince people and time management. I also faced challenges from achieving goals to saving Tiffin till the lunch break. I have good memories here and my colleagues have become a family, so I hope to come back soon and wish Pedagoge loads of success”.

I also got to learn new things like Advance Excel, developed my communication skills and with that I overcame my fear of public speaking which will be of great help in future.
